San Juan Mayor Jorge Santini announced that Coors Light event Circotic not easily be held at the Coliseo Roberto Clemente Municipal because it lacks the formality of a contract.
According to a press release sent earlier today, the mayor stressed that "in the Municipality of San Juan there is no final document is agreed that this event, scheduled for 31 October and in which has promoted the participation of groups such as Calle 13, J-King & Maximan, Circus, and Robbie Skapulario Rivera, among others.
