1 .- Rights Civil and Political Rights: Citizenship and Participation

a) Region XIV .- The Government is submitting to Congress, draft creation of two new regions in the country: Arica and Valdivia. 2 .- Social and Cultural Rights

a) Bilateral .- Review and enforcement of the bilateral (Chile - Argentina) health, work and welfare.
