We would also like to actively participate in the development of electoral law reform (as we did earlier) that includes automatic enrollment in the electoral registers, changing the binomial by a proportional system, the creation of a constituency Chileans abroad for choosing representatives to Congress in proportion to the population of 857,000 Chileans living outside the country, so will the Italian immigrants in the coming weeks.

To this end, we respectfully request the formation of a Working Group, which delegates to attend all countries with large Chilean population and representatives of political parties in Chile, to develop a State Policy on Migration Chile, which are included and agreed the draft law on the subject to vote in Parliament.
